On Saturday 12 December 2026, the Christmas parade leaves Paraparaumu College at 11am and follows Mazengarb Road towards Mazengarb Reserve, finishing at the Scaife Drive carpark. Float participants assemble at the college from 10am. The festival runs at the reserve from noon until 3pm, with free entry, games, face painting and live entertainment. The council's community listing also includes a bounce zone and Santa's grotto. Bring a picnic or buy food from onsite vendors, and supervise young children.
