Create a Kiwi Christmas grazing table
An easy summer-style Christmas table built around make-ahead platters, fresh fruit and festive colour.
Build the table in layers: start with a few larger platters, add easy finger food, fresh fruit, something sweet and plenty of chilled drinks. Use pohutukawa-inspired reds, greenery and gold details to make it feel festive without turning it into a winter Christmas.
