Corrections and missing information

Send the page link, explain which detail needs changing, and include an official source if you have one. For an event, include its name, town and date so we can identify the right listing. For price or availability questions, contact the retailer or organiser directly.

Photo credits and permission

Tell us which image or text is involved and provide the page link. If you are the owner or are acting for them, explain the credit, permission or removal concern. You do not need to post personal documents publicly.

Account and privacy requests

Use a private message and explain whether you need help with account access, a correction, deletion or another privacy question. Do not send your password, a sign-in code or a password-reset link. We may need to verify that an account or contribution belongs to you before taking action.

Share an idea

You can submit your own Christmas ideas through the Christmas Ideas NZ app. Public contributions are reviewed before appearing. Use your own words and only upload photos you took or have permission to share.
