Our original work
© 2026 Christmas Ideas NZ. Copyright in original writing, photographs, artwork, software and other copyright works created and owned by Christmas Ideas NZ is reserved, except where a separate licence or permission applies. This notice applies only to rights we own.
Sharing is welcome
You are welcome to share links to our app, pages and listings, including through our Share buttons and the link previews they generate. You can browse, save ideas using our app tools, and use our ideas and instructions for your own personal Christmas activities. Please keep creator credits and source links with any material you have permission to share.
Copying and republishing
Unless permitted by law or by an applicable licence, please obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission before copying, republishing, selling, redistributing or adapting protected text, photographs, illustrations or other copyright material. This includes collecting protected material in bulk through scraping or other automated tools for republication in another website, app or collection. Giving credit does not by itself grant permission.
Contributors, retailers and organisers
Photographs, logos, descriptions and other material supplied by contributors, retailers, event organisers or other third parties remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licences. Permission for Christmas Ideas NZ to display material does not automatically give other people permission to reuse it. Existing open licences continue to apply on their own terms. We do not claim ownership of all material shown here.
Our name and logo
Please do not use our name or logo in a way that falsely suggests your website, app, business or social account is operated, approved or endorsed by Christmas Ideas NZ. A link to us does not imply endorsement.
Ideas and information
This notice does not claim exclusive ownership of general Christmas ideas, facts, event dates or the concept of a Christmas app. It does not limit uses permitted by New Zealand law or any rights granted by an applicable licence.
Permission requests and concerns
To request permission to reuse our original material, or to raise an ownership or credit concern, use the feedback/contact option in the Christmas Ideas NZ app. Include the page link, the material involved and how you would like to use it. For material owned by someone else, contact the credited creator or original source.
